How does multi-tenancy work?+
Each company is a strictly-isolated tenant. Data is partitioned at the database row level — and enforced again at the ORM layer — so it's structurally impossible for one tenant to query another's records, even with a bug in our application code.
Can I import existing client and asset lists?+
Yes. CSV and Excel imports are supported on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Our onboarding team will help map your spreadsheet columns and de-duplicate sites for free.
